Matt is a Certified Master Inspector® and member of both the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and American Society of Home Inspectors.  He received his home inspection training at the College of Southern Maryland and apprenticed with one of the area's leading home inspectors.

Matt has over 15 years experience renovating historic DC homes, and specializes in identifying issues often found in older properties.

Matt received his undergraduate degree in business from Texas A&M University and graduate degree from American University.
